4) ORDER FORM OPTIONS ADDITIONS - If you want a different typeface or color choice or different headline please indicate in the Additions box on the order form.
5) DEPOSIT $35 DEPOSIT will secure your order and is deductible from your final payment. When you place your order you’ll receive an invoice from
Google Checkout
for the deposit. Follow the link provided in the email and sign in to
Google Checkout
to confirm payment as well as delivery details. Full Payment is made once all your proofs have been confirmed and you are ready to go to print. You will receive another email for the balance of your order.
SHIPPING COST All orders cost $20 in the USA and are sent out as 7 day delivery. If you wish to upgrade or outside the USA please request a quote.
ILLUSTRATION FEE If you order an illustration a cartoon/caricature a "one off" fee is payable $80
