TIP - How important is an RSVP? - It is vital that you know how many people you are catering for. If on the wedding day you are inviting everyone to a sit down meal whilst the speeches are read out. You will need to provide the caterers with final numbers as soon as possible. Either provide a RSVP card or print it on the Wedding Invitation. If you indicate a "return by date" next to the RSVP this will prompt guests to indicate their interest earlier rather than later.
